Whichever header you're interested in. That will d/l that file. Like I
said before, if you're talking about combining a file split with rar or
something, you'll have to d/l all parts and join them yourself.

Yes, if it's a file that has been split.

If it's been split, most posters will use par or par2 recovery files.
These are magical because it doesn't matter which part you're missing,
par can recreate the missing part. Depending on the poster, you'll find
the number of recovery blocks/files at from 5 to 20 percent.

No, you'll need another program, unrar or lxsplit, depending on how it
was split.
