iPod and Firewire

Thank you!  I had to 'sudo modprobe sd_mod', and now it is loaded, but
still I don't get anything when I 'tail -f /var/log/messages/', and I
still get the following when I 'dmesg | grep 1394':

I don't see how I can add a volume name to it, and it isn't a drive -
it's only an iPod for music.
