The four-hours is your timezone (-0400).  One of the applications will be
assuming the PDA times are in UTC/GMT and the other application will be
treating them as localtime.

Not really a fix, but could you highlight it on the wiki as an issue that
needs a good solution.  It's similar to the [RTC] clock on your computer and
somewhere needs a ''is your PDA set to localtime?''---this can probably be
preset per-model.
