[OT] Looking for a good dual xeon board w/kernel 2.4 support

The company I work for has a linux-based router platform that does
firewall/spam filtering, etc. We have kernel 2.4x based firmware.

We've run into some problems with the latest Tyan S5350 dual Xeon board
with getting Linux drivers with the onboard nic. (2.6 drivers exist, but
we're stuck for kernel 2.4).

Main requirements: Onboard video, 800mhz FSB, 4+GB RAM support, SATA
optional, built-in RAID controller that has 2.4 drivers would be a
bonus... If there are onboard NICs, I need >2< that work with kernel
2.4. No NICs is fine, too. It will be going into 2U, 3U, or 4U cases -
The ones we use can handle a full sized ATX board.

We've always preferred Tyan boards, but are willing to look at anything
that's proven to be stable.

Anyone have any recommendations/favorites?

TIA
Steve Kratz
