soundblaster live + 5.1

Hello,
I've been using ubuntu 3 months now,
but I am having a problem with the sound.
I am using a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 with 5.1 creative speakers. The
problem that I am facing is that I dont get a clear sound (in xmms) both
with OSS, Alsa, esd, there is some noise.

In the windows it works okay with a clear sound.

also the rear speakers are not working and I haven't found a way to fix
it. This problem I was having it with other linux also, but i messed a
lot with alsamixer and found the way. I am asking here for a problem
solution.

I will appreciate if you can help me.
