The directory doesn't exist.  Look at where you are asking to cd to: 
/ndiswrapper-1.1  This means a directory on the root called
ndiswrapper-1.1  But, you just cd'ed down to /usr/src.  You need to
type in either:

cd ndiswrapper-1.1/

or 

cd ndiswrapper-1.1

Both will get you to the same spot.  Give that a go and see what happens.
