Ubuntu, Fluxbox and Gnome Theme settings.

Hi everyone,
    Does anyone know how to have my GTK theme setting be active when I
am running another WM like Fluxbox?
   I have the setting that I like, but they are always reset went I
start Fluxbox.  If I startup the gnome-theme-manager, they will return
to the settings that I saved, and remain like that until the end of
the session.
   What do I need to run at Fluxbox startup to make sure that the
settings are in place when it begins?
