How do I unsubscribe?

At the foot of all messages sent via the list is this link:

http://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-users

Visit it, sign in with your password (you can have a reminder mailed if
you've forgotten) and then either unsubscribe or, maybe better, just
turn off the messages for while you are away...
