I've previously been a happy customer of the Linux Emporium. They stock
Ubuntu, and in the past, turnaround (in the UK) has been a couple of
days.

They only appear to ship to Europe: an install CD costs £2 plus £2
delivery in the UK, or £3 to the rest of Europe. (That £5 for Europe is
€7.25 or US$9.19 at today's rates). OK: the money doesn't go to
Canonical, but then it doesn't cost them anything, either.
