recommendations for wiki like software or something beyond wikis

I've been using JSPWiki for some time now. It has debian packages, but
does require tomcat, since it's a jsp/servlet-based system. You can
easily include links to other images, or upload images into the wiki and
link directly to them (they'll be versioned with history, too).
