Installable via
sudo apt-get install icewm
then
sudo apt-get install icewm-themes (to get a few really common interfaces).
One that is even more interesting is rox-session. You will have to
download it from source though, go to freshmeat.net and search for rox
But to try it's file browser (which works well with Icewm and xfce). install
sudo apt-get install rox-filer
