Gaim does not raise window on events

I hacked the patch into metacity 2.10.1 (breezy) and it does not seem to
work, if anyone wants to try here is the patch

and the source for metacity is located @ 

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/metacity/2.10/metacity-2.10.1.tar.gz
