About Firefox:
        As Pat Taylor said in the other mail.

About the sudden logout(s):
        Is your hardware okay? I had the same problem in the past.
        Turns out that my RAM and the mainboard were not compatible.
        After solving that, I can't remember I had any sudden logout
        from GNOME.

        Test your system integrity with "Ubuntu, kernel memtest86+" menu
        option from Grub when booting. Be patient as it takes a while
        to test all the memory.

Ben Novack and Pat Taylor:
        If you install Firefox 1.0.2 be sure to disable JavaScript and
        don't use the Sidebar (and there is another nasty bug that I
        don't know how to avoid in 1.0.2). Check this link[1]. THIS IS
        A VERY SERIOUS SECURITY PROBLEM!

        Best thing to do is to install Firefox 1.0.3 from Mozilla
        site[2], by adding the Backports[3] repository to APT, or even
        downloading the packages[4] and installing them manually.
