Install openssh-server on the machine you want to access (or on both
machines). This is rather easy: sudo apt-get install openssh-server or
use Synaptic.

- In Hoary got to "Places -> Connect to Server..."
- In the Dialog box, change "Service type:" to SSH
- Enter the Server (Name oder IP address)
- Additional User Name if its an other user on the remote box
- Hit the Connect button

Now you should be able to browse the HD of the remote box.
