playing DVD (Ogle and VLC)

hi all,

i have a hard time runnig DVD's after upgrade to Hoary.
before VLC and OGLE played DVD's just fine for me.
after the upgrade non of them was working.
i deinstalled and installed VLC and OGLE again. no change at all.

whats wrong here.
