Ign in apt-get update?

When running apt-get update, what does "Ign" mean? Here is an example:

stephen at ubuntu:~ $ sudo apt-get update
Password:
Get:1 http://archive.ubuntu.com hoary Release.gpg [189B]
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com hoary-updates Release.gpg
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com hoary Release
Get:2 http://security.ubuntu.com hoary-security Release.gpg [189B]
Get:3 http://archive.ubuntu.com hoary-updates Release [16.8kB]

I assume it's "ignore," but what does THAT mean to the update process? I
tried "man apt-get" and the document in /usr/share/doc/apt-doc/, but
didn't see anything that mentioned Ign.
