Isn't there a Ubuntu mailing list code of conduct on the Wiki pages?
Are all of these things listed there?

Also, don't forget the "don't use reply to start a brand new discussion"
rule. I find it extremely irritating to see people post a reply that in
fact is a new, totally unrelated discussion.
