Am at work, but had my hoary laptop to hand.

The pilot failed on report, doc converter, and euro converter with the
error message you also get.

I did 'sudo /usr/lib/openoffice/setup' to launch the setup program and
chose repair. The operation was very quick, so I assume rightly or
wrongly that my OO 1.1.3 was okay.

The 3 failed pilots remain unchanged, however report merely now does
nothing - not even an error dialog box.

Best place to follow up is likely to be the openoffice forums or
website themselves.
