Is it the "foto galerija" section?  It works for me in Firefox; but it
doesn't seem to be a java thing from what I can see, but a window
created via javascript.  Maybe one of the popup blocker or javascript
option on your machine is blocking it on your firefox?  Edit
-->Preferences --> Web FEatures menu in Firefox has some options related
to that you could try.

As for your java plugins, have you checked if they are properly loaded?
Use the url "about:plugins" to check that out in both firefox and
mozilla.
