audio extracting

It has to convert to mp3?

Sound-Juicer (included in the default installation) can extract audio
tracks and convert to some another format. Currently, my installation
only offers between FLAC (lossless) and Ogg Vorbis, even with
gstreamer-mad installed.

If there isn't any format restriction, I would suggest you to choose Ogg
Vorbis. In my experience, it has a better quality than MP3 with the same
bitrate.
