Subject: System hangs booting Live-CD
| Hi,
| I have the following strange behavior with both the live CDs (4.10 and
| 5.04):
| PC: P4/Celeron, Board (with INTEL onboard graphics adapter)
| + ATI Radeon Graphics card (I tried different types of such cards,
| always the same behavior):
| .............................................
| Without such ATI card both Live CDs work fine.
| With any added ATI Radeon graphics card both hang.
| ..............................................
| With the 5.04 Preview I see "Configuring the hotplug subsystem ..." as
| the last line, no more.
|
| But, I want to use one of the Radeon Cards rather then the onboard graphics.
|
| Any hints? Maybe a special boot parameter?
|
| Wolfgang
