Shift+Ctrl+A in T-bird is supposed to select a thread. (Ctrl+A is select
all and works). I was using T-Bird 0.8.ubuntu and Shift+Ctrl+A didn't
seem to do anything. I upgraded to T-bird 1.0.2, and it still doesn't work.

Is there something about gnome or Ubuntu that overrides it? Anyway to
restore it? I miss this key combo that I used a lot in Red Hat.
