The answer is no, it was already in there:

which is a duplicate of:

and the workaround/solution is to add these lines to /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty-security universe
deb-src http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty-security universe
