Installation report for Acer TravelMate 8100

Got the internal wireless working. I just did an install of the latest
firmware/module of ipw2200. You can find it at
http://ipw2200.sourceforge.net/.  I am writing using the wireless ;)

My kernel was 2.6.11.5 with the io-apic and libata patch..

I downloaded the following files for the ipw2200 :
ipw2200-1.0.1.tgz 
ipw2200-fw-2.2.tgz
