What kernel version are you running? (Type "uname -a" at a command
prompt to find out). I've had something similar with my Thinkpad
running 2.6.11-rc2 and read a suggestion that there was something
funny with keyboard handling in 2.6.10 and/or 2.6.11, but I haven't
really been able to track down anything conclusive as to what versions
are affected. Even more maddening, it doesn't happen every time, and
seems to get more likely the longer I've left it suspended.
