1 Right click on any .pdf file
2 Select properties
3 Select the "Open With" tab
4 Add /usr/local/Adobe/Acrobat7.0/bin/acroread
5 It should now be first on the list
6 Close the properties dialog

All .pdf files should now open with acroread.
