20050314.1 Daily CD Installation Report

Hi All,

I really wanted this to be a report of the DVD install but alas, I
don't have any spare DVD's at the moment so I grabbed today's daily. I
gotta go buy some DVD-RW's (unless some kind soul would like to send
my one ;) Anyhow...

I (gladly) don't have much to say :P, the installation completed as
expected without a hitch. It detected all my gear, even my external
firewire drive :) And that is with the enable_atapi_ata-2.dpatch
enabled(i think) that gave a bunch of us headaches a week or so ago.

So it seems, with the exception of some bugs currently being worked
out the installtion process is really starting to stabilize. The
system itself is also looking really impressive!!! :)

One thing I noticed is that browsing smb seems to be a little slower
than it was a week or so ago. I will look into this more, it works
fine, just seems a bit slow.

All in all, its looking great :)
