[Hoary] No CDs/DVDs mount - ISO9660 is an "unknown type"

An update: DMA is no longer on, and the device manager shows the disc
being recognized - ie, it's correctly identified as the Hoary Preview
install disc, containing data and no audio. It just won't mount.
