Specific package version

I know that in the debian-marillat/unstable repository there's this package:

transcode_0.6.14-0.2_i386.deb

I've the following entries in my sources.list:

deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ stable main
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ unstable main
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ testing main

and it appears that apt-get is trying to install an earlier version of
the package which is know not to work.

I've tried the:

apt-get install transcode=0.6.14-0.2

but it keeps saying:

Version '0.6.14-0.2_i386' for 'transcode' was not found

I'm sure I'm doing somthing wrong. How can I install that specific version?
