new "tab theme"

I don't know if it's only me,  but while I generally really like the
latest theme in Ubuntu, one thing that annoys me visually is the brown
line at the top of the current active tab.  See for example:

I find it particularly annoying at the top of the active Firefox tab,
possibly because that the tabbed-enable application I use the most.
