If you've got warty in your sources list, you'll have to change it to 
'hoary'; just replace all mentions of warty with hoary to do that.
Then do the synaptic update lists and upgrade all - voila, you'll have 
an up-to-date ubuntu hoary hedgehog with gnome 2.10
