hello helpful mailinglist :)
my laptop is at home now, connected to the internet. and i'm in my
office writing this mail. i want to connect to my open gnome session on
my laptop with vnc. so i ssh into my laptop, launch vino-server, and
connect to the laptop using vncviewer. but all i get is a black screen!
so i tought: "this could be the screensaver"... killall -KILL
xscreensaver, but nothing. still black. could this be because the lid of
the laptop is closed, and so the screen is powered off, and so i can't
see my gnome session? is there a workaround?
