Keyboard Shortcuts bug ??

I had the same problem (at first I set all the shortcuts via gconf),
but now I can do it via keyboard shortcuts tool also. I have played
with options in Desktop preferences -> Keyboard -> Layout Options
(third tab). There you can set windows keys behavior - now I have
default (Super is mapped to the Win-Keys) and setting shortcuts works

(<mod4>+Tab doen't work anyway)
