Keyboard Shortcuts bug ??

Hi everybody,

I have a habit of using <Mod4> as a prefix to any user defined 
keyboard shortcuts I use. 

So I enabled the option (in Keyboard Preferences of GNOME) so that
Meta is mapped to Win Keys. But still, I cannot use <Mod4> as the 
prefix to any shortcuts I define using the Keyboard Shortcuts program
of GNOME (although if I define the same shortcuts using the gconf-editor
through the preferences for Metacity, they work perfectly).

Does anyone here face the same problem. I have been unable to do this
since I have known about GNOME Keyboard Shortcuts program.
Is this a bug (I have not yet searched bugzilla, though) or do I have to 
do anything else to make this work?
