Well everyone being all those that have the appropriate lisences for all 
the software contained on that CD. And i seriously doubt that there are 
too many people who have lisences for all that stuff.

I'd rather spend my efforts in putting gparted to the LiveCD so that we 
would be able to modify our partitions with the LiveCD. After that it 
would be a matter of helping the parted people weed out bugs. The 
ultimate system recovery tool, here we come!
