"Bug buddy" ?? Totem ??

When updating Hoary this morning, I saw a package for the "bug report
tool". I read the description, and it said that was a GUI front-end to
bugzilla. Sounded great, but when I click on it in Applications->System
tools->Bug Report Tool, I don't get any GUI, all it does it start
firefox and presents me the ubuntu bugzilla page. What am I doing
wrong ?

Also, I noticed an update for Totem. In the description it said that
Totem can now automatically download windows codecs. SoI tried to red a
WMV file with it, but nothing happened. It said it didn't have toe coded
to read it, as usual, but it didn't download anything. What am I doing
wrong again ?
