[hoary] industrial theme doesen't work anymore (partly...)

hi list,
some time ago my industrial theme stopped working the way it should.
while the application-part still works, the window borders dosent work
anymore. so they dont show up in theme manager.
i searched bugzilla, but couldnt find anything similar.
i reinstalled the industrial-theme-engine but it didn't help.
so is it just me or does some people experiencing this as well?
