there are a couple of OSX based apps that claim to be able to do that 
but i dont know how good they are. I dont remember names, but you fint 
them easy in google.

I suggest that you get an external HD and backup all your importan data 
there, then format the HD with the necesary partitions, install osx and 
install ubuntu. Then get your data back from the external hd.

There is an email in the list from around december about how to do this 
step by step, you can probably find it online. It is not difficult at 
all (I did it!). good luck.
