ndiswrapper-utils / module ndiswrapper can not be found

hi ubuntu-users,
I tried to install my Belkin Wireless card following the instructions on 
ubuntu documentation page. 
(http://www.ubuntulinux.org/support/documentation/howto/ndiswrapper/).
I loaded my windows driver successfully:

Installed ndis drivers:
pcmciabcmwl5    hardware present

trying to load the module:
$ sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
FATAL: Module ndiswrapper not found.

as i followed the howto exactly, i'm stuck.

whats wrong?
