Seems like you've been able to remove zope-common before plone-site.

I suggest you install zope-common, remove plone-site, then remove 
zope-common.

It could only affect zope related packages you want to remove but it 
would also stop dpkg from installing or removing other packages if it 
exited too soon with an error.
Luckily, It seems you were still able to install packages.
