oo.o external file format confirmation

I'd like to see it go away too, or at least to become more specific and
not to appear when saving relatively simple documents. It seems to scare
the people I introduce OpenOffice to - and that's not suprising. Even if
I tell them that they don't have to worry about this dialog, I can see
from their face that they are worried anyway.
