LaTeX (tetex) is missing psfig.sty?

Thanks.  That is indeed helpful.  However, it does not directly help me locate
psfig itself.  If it's not a Warty thing, I still need to locate the
tarball or whatever.
I don't know where to start.  All I have is the writeup in the LaTeX companion,
which is woefully out of step with current packaging.
