scratching windows

Hi,

since the latest hoary update I'm getting some acoustic interference 
linked to gnome window-actions. Moving windows or scrolling inside a big 
window sometimes (most of the time) causes an annoying scratching sound. 
No, not inside the monitor, through the sound system. ;)

Everything else, including the normal sound features are working very 
well with this update.

Has anyone noticed something similar? There was a lot of X stuff in the 
update, could it be related?
