Need Help: PPTP Client

Hi all,

Im new to Ubuntu. I need to install "PPTP Client" so that i can
connecting to VPN and internet. I had read
http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net and
http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net/howto-debian.phtml. This is  the
requirements:

     1. install MPPE support in your kernel, (if required)
     2. install MPPE support in PPP, (if required)

The problem is, i don't have internet connection to my Ubuntu Box and
can't make apt-get. So how can i install "PPTP Client" without
internet??

Hope somebody can help me.
