It also would be very, very, very useful if one could have another
button labeld "ignore all", if one is about to copy many files. I
occasionally get to copy many small files (a website) over webdav to
my webserver - sometimes the connections hangs and I have to recopy
everything. When I then try to recopy the rest, nautilus asks me for
every single file if I want it to be replaced or not - that's a pity
;), as I only want to copy newer files.
