I've not tried bazaar, nor Gnu Arch. I use subversion only because I
do small, python (lately) projects, with myself or at most one other
person. The biggest project I'm working on does historical analysis on
stocks, currencies and indexes using wxPython (biggest up/down since,
highest/lowest price since, etc). Since the data is only accessible
via COM, it is deployed purely on Windows (for about 30 editors and
reporters). (In fact 99 percent of the app runs anywhere, so I can do
UI development on Linux.) More typical of my projects is a short
replacement for Unix's mail on Windows so that I can email the output
of scheduled commands to myself (like cron does).

For what I do, svn is light years ahead of cvs. Once bazaar can be
easily deployed cross-platform, maybe I'll be similarly blown away. I
see Windows deployment on the short-term goals on the Web site. I'll
definitely try it then.
