How to rip mp3 with Sound Juicer?

I want to rip a cd to mp3, but i can't with the new version of Sound
Juicer (2.9.92)

I can only rip ogg, flac or wav.

With Configuration Editor i see:
system->gstreamer->audio->profiles->cdlossy->pipeline :
audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! vorbisenc name=enc quality=0.5

I think, that if i change it i'll rip mp3. but i don't know what i must
to write. So if somebody can help me, i'll be very happy.

postdata: I know that i can rip to wav and then to mp3. But i want to do
in one step.
