Problem Installing totem-xine (Unresolved Dependencies)

I get this error when trying to install totem-xine:

Please note that I am unable to connect to the internet on my Ubuntu 
machine using Ubuntu because the modem is not compatible with linux.  I 
can, however, boot into Windows XP, download it from there, and then 
access it using Ubuntu.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
