Yes, you should find it there. The backports repository itself is stored at
backports.ubuntuforums.org.

Hoary Preview Release is due to (about) one week: if your system is so broken,
you may consider upgrading to the PR.

For example, try to install one package at a time: if something breaks, you
will know exactly which package broke it :)
