Time (Clock) changes when I reboot into Windows

Simple........... avoid booting into windows. In fact, remove it from your HD.
Sorry, I couldn't resist ;-) Just joking (partially..)
Are both OS set up for the same time zone? Are both relative to the
hardware clock in the same manner? Is one set to "Greenwich" time and
the other local?? check all of these possibilities and get back to
us.
